On this episode I talk to Steven Taylor. We connected on LinkedIn and he asked if he could come on to the podcast to tell his story.
When he was younger Steven had dreams of working in Social Care or as a Primary School teacher but whilst in further education realised those weren’t careers he actually wanted to pursue. He found his way into HR and now works for Merseyrail as an Employee Experience Advisor. Not only do we discuss this unique role but how Steven has ultimately found a role that he is passionate about but also fulfils those ambitions to help people and give something back to society.
