Victoria progressed her career to HR Director and along the way she has worked for start-ups as well as large corporations. However, we talked through more than just her career and there are insights from our chat that can help anyone at any level. We discussed the importance of having mentors, how you need to plan your day effectively, and what you need to do to help move your career forward.
On a personal basis, Victoria and her partner have been through IVF treatment and now two young children. Victoria finished her maternity leave earlier this year and it was during that time off that she had the brainchild of starting up her own HR Consultancy, specialising in Employee Engagement.
