Lauren felt pushed down the graduate scheme route by her university but her gut instinct told her that wasn't the route she should take. Instead, she did something very different and put up a post on LinkedIn asking for help. You know what, it worked and she had an interview a few days later and was successful. She's now been working as a HR Administrator at for 18 months.
