Nina Jacinto joins The She Project to discuss the importance of self development and the development gap between males and females. Nina has been coaching people in the workplace since she graduated from Pomona College in 2008. Currently the Vice President of People & Culture for an e-commerce startup, Nina oversees the Human Resources function of the company and advises Executive Leadership and managers on how best to develop and support their teams. In addition, Nina provides one-on-one consulting and coaching to private clients to better support peoples career, fitness, and finance goals.
