Before the term serial killer ever entered the lexicon, murderers and rapists who committed more than one crime were often given the name "Jack the..." . The world only had Jack the Ripper to use as a guide to killers who commit multiple murders. In the 1900's the city of Dayton had one such killer on their hands. This is the story of one man who terrorized the city for 10 years.
