She Is Seen
The Council Of She Project
Where the beautiful meets broken within us all. The Chamber Of She project brings you unpolished, messy chats with a collective of humans as we share our perspectives and truths with you. Shining a light into the spaces we often shy away from to lighten the shame load that too many of us carry.
You can expect to hear imperfect, raw stories that are incredibly authentic, questionable opinions, the owning of mistakes, occasional disagreements and plenty of inappropriate humour.
She Is Seen the Podcast isn’t about sugar coating and glossing over lived experiences. It’s about speaking into the uncomfortable, outrageous, good, wrong, right, inspiring and at times the heartbreaking realities of life.
We hope to offer you solace, hope and the change to cry - no guarantees whether that’ll be crying induced from laughing or from a heartbreaking truth come and listen and let’s see where this goes.
Founded by author, artist and photographer Libby Tozer in 2017, She Is Seen is a Not For Profit based on Ramindjeri Ruwi on Fleurieu Peninsula of South Australia.
She Is Seen
Knocking on heaven's door
This is a very special episode close to the beating heart of Libby's She Is Seen Movement - an archived interview recorded as research for the Through Her Eyes book. Libby chats with Irene; a wild hearted woman who calls it like it is. Irene gifts us glimpses of life truly lived Through Her Eyes... lived with passion, adventure, heart-ache + unconditional love.
Irene offers us a perspective only those faced with their own mortality can, one so unique it is an honour + privilege to hear. Revealing a sense of healing, a coming together, a recognition of meaningful relationships + them coming full circle, this incredible, unfiltered conversation is the epitome of what the She Is Seen Movement is all about. Embracing ones wholeness - lumps, bumps, scars + story...

Collective activism for radical self-acceptance, shifting shame, sharing stories.
She Is Seen Movement is a community of incredible individuals with a shared vision to rewrite the damaging narrative that undermines self-worth. We believe in embracing and celebrating everyone as they are, without the need to fix, morph, or change. Because we are all WORTHY & ENOUGH.
We are honoured to call the Ramindjeri Ruwi of the Ngarrindjeri Nation home.
We love and respect the Ramindjeri and Ngarrindjeri mob who live, work & play along side us. We pay our respects to their Ancestors, their Elders, past, present & emerging and their stories, connection, reverence for this place we are all blessed to call home.
