SFC Myesha Boston is a breastfeeding mother who has pumped for two children while on active duty and also routinely donates breast milk. She provides guidance for how to set up a unit lactation room, tips on maximizing milk output by adjusting breast pumps parts and settings, the use of herbal supplements to increase supply, the importance of relaxation for a quicker and more productive milk letdown, the need to enforce a pumping schedule, and so much more!
