Richard Knox is the Head of HR, Asia Pacific for Ashurst.

Richard has had a very rewarding career to date leading a global HR team from one of the most challenging regions in the world from a geographical perspective, Brisbane. We all know how difficult it can be juggling the various time zones so keen to share how Richard manages life / work balance!

Richard has also spent time in the Army and his reflections on those years make for interesting stories of living a life of real adventure.

I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with Richard and thankful for his time particularly when I reflect on the competing demands for his attention.
