Kirsty Dwyer is the Chief People Officer at Griffith University. Kirsty has had a tremendous career Journey having occupied senior roles in Public and Private Enterprise.

Her driving passion and interest is summed up in her own words – ‘It is all about the people, the ideas, the value of education and research being a life changing link to a better world. I am surrounded by opportunities to innovate, create, and solve problems. 

In my field of human resources and organisations, I get to live out among academic peers and their leading approaches about the way they are designed, operate and enable people to do their best work of their careers’.
