My guest today is Lynne Cawley.  Lynne is the Group Executive, People & Operations at Canstar Pty Limited.

Lynne has spent more than 20 years experience in the Financial Industry. My current role encompasses management of the People & Culture, Research and Product Data teams for the Canstar Group. For over 15 years,  Lynne has seen the growth from a research and rating business to now leading teams that are powering Australia's biggest financial comparison website. 

I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with Lynne on her career to date and learning about her aspirations. What is very obvious is Lynne's work ethic and focus which is very inspiring!
