An incredible career to date ,spanning over 4 decades across all aspects of human resources, recruitment, property portfolio management, branch operations, product development, documentation of policies and procedures, learning and development, regulatory licencing and compliance and management of product partners and service providers.
 
 During our conversation I soon realised the depth of knowledge and wisdom that Gayle brings to her profession. I am a fan and consider Gayle to be a leader who typically manages the balance so well accommodating the challenges of operational and strategic demands in the most complex areas of Finance.
