Bec is the Group Executive – People & Culture for Queensland Rail.

An amazing career to date with extensive national and global experience, operating in complex and large organisations. 

Bec is acknowledged for leading huge change projects, system implementations, large scale recruitment, complex IR and EA negotiations, organisational restructures and worked across a diverse range of industries, including hospitality, government, education, a statutory authority, law enforcement, manufacturing and mining services, including running the Victoria Police Academy and leading a corporate services team.
 
Along with managing significant budgets ($100million plus), projects ($50million plus), infrastructure projects ($25million plus, one can see that Bec has accomplished so much in her career to date.
