Nick is currently the HR Lead for Dragonfly Shipping.

Nick is an experienced, dedicated people professional who believes that HR as a function can provide added value to all aspects of a business. 

A true HR generalist, with expertise in employee engagement, cultural development, industrial and employment relations, training and development, recruitment and selection and workforce planning. 

Nick’s career has been across a range of Industries including Aged Care/Property Development, FMCG (hospitality) and Financial Services.
 
I thoroughly enjoyed my interview with Nick whom I consider a deep thinker in the sense of much consideration is given to all his shared perspectives. I guess, I am saying that Nick was very thought provoking, and I am sure you will find the same.
