My Guest today is Brendan Klasen.

Brendan is the Executive General Manager Information & Communications Technology at Endeavour Foundation.

He is a qualified technology executive with Board, Leadership and Technical Experience developed over 25 years in various industries including mining, manufacturing, systems integration, education, aged care and community services.

Recognised as a respected leader by peers and direct reports, Brendan’s his credibility and integrity enable him to develop and coach highly performing technology teams consistently delivered positive business outcomes in areas ranging from strategic planning through delivery and ongoing operations.

I remarked to Brendan that his career and ‘way of doing things’ seem to come from a very considered disposition. The lesson for all of us to take time to gain perspective when making major decisions in work and life in general.
