SPEAKER_10Music before a stereophonic sound, um here the original version of Little Brown Chuck recorded live in concert uh by Glenn Miller, of course, the band who um introduced this uh little uh rhythm to the world. And as we said uh earlier on we heard um Dorothy with Harry James. Now we have Dorothy with Harry James. Again from the sound card young men with a heart.

SPEAKER_10And this is another signature for Charlie Bennett and his orchestra. Charlie Bonnet is one of the great um orchestras alongside Glen Miller, Benny Goodman, Conn Basie, you can in the swing era. This was his single shop. Skyliner. And these are the hits before Stelephon itself, the Million Cells. Well, we talk about racism. We talk about black musicians playing Jazz on white. One of his words and application with the SPM radio, baby battle.

Oh rock. Lionel Hampton and his big band. As a vibrophone player in his um quartet. Here is a later version. Um this was the first ever um track where rock music was mentioned. Oh rock! This comes back ten years earlier from Berlin.

Because um spoogie uh uh baby it's called set was original generated in the swing area in monophonic sounds as uh Axle swing back, I spoogie boogie jumping. Keeps up um boogie woogie and the music of the uh early twenties of Pi Top and so on uh life. Uh still in concept, um well still um not uh well paid for his job. But I think um I gonna do um a change of music um because in the early 20s uh was uh film music very popular. So we're gonna hear two great artists, tap dancers of that time, Fred Astaire and Jane Kelly, to come next year on Pop Mondiale Radio.
