• Be willing to pivot and be scrappy as you can learn a lot from painful experiences
• Free yourself from the tethers of other people’s opinions
• Your uniqueness is an asset, not a limitation
• Be constantly curious with a purpose. Read a lot and don’t be afraid of constructive criticism as you will learn and improve from it
