- The key word is flexible. You have to be flexible during these times. It's okay to hit that wall. And take some time for yourself.
- It's okay not to always feel productive especially when going through times of change.
- As a leader it's important to give them the freedom to act and if they don't have the best day today, they'll do better tomorrow.
- The most important piece of being able to keep people productive is making sure that they understand that it's possible to be flexible.
- It’s important to throw in some fun activities in weekly meetings and calls to keep morale high and to destress.
- For products, It's essential to be realistic and flexible, about what our deadlines are, when we can deliver things.
