A real time show following the weekly process, progress and journey of a young man (Parker Magee). Parker has decided to drop out of college and learn the ins and outs of a concrete coating company TSR. Parker will train in every area of the business over the next year. If Parker is successful, at the end of the year he will be given his own TSR location. The stakes are high.
