The National Consultant Information Programme (NCIP) aims to support NHS consultants in  England with their speciality related learning and  their continuous self-development.

As roll-out of the  programme continues apace, Andrew (Dickie) Dickinson (Chair, BAUS Audit Steering Group) has recorded this discussion to explain how  you can get the best out of NCIP.
