Our guest today (21/05) is none other than current BAUS President, Professor Ian Pearce - a consultant urologist at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.
Ian, having graduated from the University of Nottingham Medical School, trained in the West Midlands and North West, becoming a Consultant in 2002.
A special interest in Andrology, Ian has balanced his day-to-day career as a Consultant Urologist with also being the Interim Chief of Urology News and Editor-in-Chief of the JCU in previous roles, to also being rewarded and recognised for his efforts in being awarded the BAUS Golden Telescope in 2012 and the BAUS Silver Cystoscope in 2022.
Fast forward to now and Ian is currently the President of BAUS until June 2026.
