The Harold Samuel Research Prize was inaugurated at last year’s UCEM Property Awards with Dan Hughes and Adrian Tagg the joint-first recipients of the Prize. But, what is the Harold Samuel Research Prize? How were the recipients chosen? And what is the outcome of the research reports? To find out the answers to these questions and more, UCEM’s Director of Research, Innovation and Partnerships, Aled Williams, the Founder of Alpha Property Insight and the RED Foundation, Dan Hughes, and Chartered Building Surveyor and Associate Professor at the University of Reading, Adrian Tagg, joined UCEM PR and Social Media Manager, Andrew Belt, for a discussion on the Prize and Dan’s and Adrian’s research projects.
