Ben Carnegie is a recruitment specialist in Sales & Marketing, born and raised in Sydney. He began his career in hotel, venue, and events management before moving into recruitment in 2008, where he found his focus in marketing talent.

At [axr], Ben partners with clients across a wide range of industries and leading brands, supporting the search for senior and specialist marketing professionals. He works closely with candidates to help them present their strengths effectively, and is known for taking a consultative, long-term approach grounded in market insight and relationship building.
