It’s LGBTQ+ History Month in the U.K. and we’re joined by Talent Partner,  LGBTQ+ rights Activist and lifelong gamer Lydia Price - talking the problems with the L word, the early days of the growing up LGBTQ+ in the U.K and her work with the LGBTQ+ Friends Community.

She studied Politics at Goldsmiths, University of London and is currently a Senior Talent Partner at Elements Talent Consultancy where she founded the LGBTQ+ Friends Community. As an LGBTQ+ activist, Lydia is involved in creating inclusive, representative and diverse organisations
