2 Corinthians 9:13 AMP Because of this act of ministry, they will glorify God for your obedience to the gospel of Christ which you confess, as well as for your generous participation [in this gift] for them and for all [the other believers in need].
We are in a Prophetic Season with the Lord, and we are being tested by God every moment (Job 7:17b). Let us embrace the Holy Spirit and no longer bypass Him: the One who reveals what the Lord is looking for from His Church.
Ephesians 5:15 Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, 16 making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. 17 Therefore do not be foolish but understand what the Will of the Lord is. As followers of Christ, we have more to us than just moving according to the natural seasons; we are accountable and instructed by God to humble ourselves and move according to His Holy Spirit and His Word!
Embracing God’s Initiative
John 4:23a But the time is coming and is already here, when by the power of God's Spirit people will worship the Father as he really is. God is actively pursuing His people, not just waiting for us to reach out to Him. True worship comes from within and is motivated by His Love.
Embracing God’s Treasure
Isaiah 33:6 And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times and strength of salvation; the fear of the Lord is his treasure.
Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
Embracing Humility
1 Peter 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begins with us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God.
Matthew 27a Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? 28a He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this. ‘Do you want us then to go and gather them up? 30a Let both grow together until the harvest.
God will allow good and evil to coexist in the world until the final judgment, when the righteous will be separated from the wicked. This emphasizes the need for our patience, humility, and trust in God's timing to discern His true believers from those who are not.
Embracing God’s Word that Transforms
2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.
Embracing the Return to your First Love
Revelation 2:5 So remember the heights from which you have fallen, and repent [change your inner self—your old way of thinking, your sinful behavior—seek God’s will] and do the works you did at first [when you first knew Me]; otherwise, I will visit you and remove your lampstand (the church, its impact) from its place—unless you repent.
Embracing God’s Timing
1 Chronicles 12:32 And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment.
Embracing the Correction
Hebrews 12:28-29 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. For our God is a consuming fire.
