So without further delay,  I am pleased introduce my conversation with friend, collaborator, executive thought leader, former owner of two businesses,  Mr. Mark Silverberg.

Mark loved construction from an early age. Among other ventures, his father and uncle were in the glazing business. An Ohio boy, Mark is a long time Cleveland area (east-sider) resident. After graduating from  Oakland University in Michigan, Mark joined the trades and became a journeyman electrician. After six years, he started his path in business ownership and management with his father, then owning and running Stern and Company, then co-founding and running Technoform North America, first as GM then as President.
