My husband brought someone I didn't really know home for lunch last week. As we got to know him I realized anew how important it is to welcome people into our lives and be normal and real with them, letting them get to know us, and getting to know them. Everyone needs to know they are loved and cared for, and when we love the people around us, we all thrive.
