Let's face it, there is a lot of stress and anxiety that many of us have to face on a daily basis. Though, often we feel as though we don't need to admit our emotions because there are others who are in worse situations. The truth is that it's ok to not be ok and there are ways to manage stress and anxiety and live with it. In this episode I take you through my journey and learnings in the hope it helps you too.
