The Panelists:

Julie holds over 25 years of portfolio, program and project experience across many industries. With strong leadership and an engaging approach, she has a relationship focused style building high performing teams . She is very active in mentoring and is passionate about development of PM communities.

Mark Abdelmalek is the Head of PMO APAC (East) at global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) in Sydney, with over 28 years of experience. Last year Mark was invited and is honoured to be part of the “PMO Global Awards Judging Committee 2023” by the PMO Global Alliance. Prior to his current role at HSF,  Mark held key positions in renowned organisations where he played a pivotal role in optimising project management processes and implementing best practices.

David is an internationally experienced PMO, Project and Program Manager with expertise in developing and leading functional project improvement initiatives and managing governance and assurance functions across a range of industries and sectors.

Vladimir Pacheco is currently Associate Professor at the School of Culture and Society, Aarhus University, Denmark. His current research interests include socio-economic impacts and governance of non-renewable resource extraction in the Arctic, Latin America and the South Pacific. His latest publication is a chapter in a book titled “Ideology, Post-ideology and Anti-Ideology in Latin America” published by Bloomsbury Academic.
