We are in a challenging time as we fight back against a global pandemic that is wreaking havoc across markets, sectors, industries, lives and our healthcare system. No country is immune, no person is immune. As we watch the battle going on as we work together to fight the virus, this had me thinking. The global pandemic is one of the many threats that our world faces, in Project Management threats are also known as risks. Risks are a large part of Project Management, like many other elements of Project Management, I wouldn't to dig further and share 5 of the more common Project Management principles and how they too may apply in pandemics like COVID-19.
