In this episode, we talk to Hannelle Fares about her transition from healthcare to venture capital, her experience recruiting at HBS and her experience with diversity in the industry as a young female investor.

Hannelle is a second year MBA student at HBS. She has mostly recently worked at DCVC (Data Collective), a 23 person San Francisco-based venture capital firm that backs Deep Tech entrepreneurs. Prior to HBS, Hannelle spent two years working in health care as an AI product and program manager before transitioning to consulting, where she continued to focus predominantly on health care and life sciences.
