Music 1 Performance elective is an opportunity for students to present a combination of technical skill, personal expression and stagecraft, and an understanding of the stylistic conventions of the particular genre of music represented.
The Music Composition elective also requires students to demonstrate an understanding of stylistic conventions and requires students to manipulate the concepts of music and organise musical ideas into a coherent structure.
