It’s time to continue to take action in our treatment plans and truly feel competent, safe in your body, living without the fear of recurrence.  The first step in feeling like this is nutrition, it’s also the first module in my signature program.  Which is why I am offering something I don’t normally do…. module 1 of my signature 12-week prevention and thrivership program as a stand-alone mini-course! Again, that is so possible that transportation is so possible, but we have to start with the most accessible place that the stress and the fear is coming from into your world.”

“Now you have information available to you to make an informed choice, you can take empowered action based on what your intuition is telling you. Without fear, you have knowledge now, and knowledge is the precursor to experience. So learn, listen, and take empowered action. Now that you have information and you have a gut instinct, that's something to really, really, really lean into.”
