There is so much fear and confusion around hormones and estrogen. I totally get it because, after a hormonal breast cancer diagnosis at 26, I was terrified of my hormones too. But what I learned over the last five years is that we are biologically wired to fear what we don't know.  It’s time to rewire our thinking and become educated so we can no longer fear what we don’t know. “What I've learned over the last five years is that your hormones aren't the problem. Hormonal imbalances are so simply taking this medicine in isolation without incorporating some other lifestyle changes to address your hormonal imbalance. That's missing a big piece of the puzzle and when you're missing pieces of the puzzle, there are these wide gaps in things you don't understand. It creates more fear, more stress, more anxiety, and contributes in large part to why you feel just really unsupported and kind of stress on a regular basis throughout your prevention plan.”

“You will have a physical body, which, you know, we are addressing with these imbalances, but you also have an emotional and a spiritual body and imbalances in these areas create imbalances in the physical body. So when we're talking about estrogen and balancing estrogen, I want you to understand that it's not just, you know, about the amount that your body makes and what you can eliminate. You know, through food and exercise in these things, it's really understanding that your thoughts, limiting beliefs, negative patterns, self-sabotage all of these things are all affecting the hormonal health and your physical body.”
