A very common theme that I see most often, the one that really jumped out the most was that you wanted help with triggers specifically on how not to be triggered when you saw someone else's post online. That is why I am sharing my five steps you can do in the moment when you feel triggered and start to compare.  This is something I work on with my clients inside my signature Breast Cancer Thriver program.

And one of my first mentors pointed out to me, you know, my own either-or mentality. She got me to shift my mindset. From either, or by adopting this mantra, it's not either, or it's both. And, and that was so helpful for me.”

“Stop and breathe and discern what emotion or emotions you're actually experiencing because that will help you heal. Let go, and prevent future spirals. So. It's important to pause, breathe and discern how you actually feel and take action on the emotion that you feel. So is it stress? Is it fear? Whatever it is, identify it.”
