Episode 19: 5 Steps To Rewire Your Brain To Get Out Of The Fear Cycle For Good
Dec 01, 2020 Season 1

Today I am talking about why emotional health is so important in your prevention plan.  I am sharing five steps you can take to rewire your brain and how there's such a clear impact of emotional health on your physical body.

Topics discussed in this episode:

  • How there is a clear impact between emotional health and physical health
  • Why these emotional patterns just feel like they're impossible to change
  • The deep inner work to shift out of these very automatic negative patterns that bring on these uncomfortable feelings
  • That it's absolutely possible to live with confidence in your health and in your prevention plan

Key takeaways:

  • You can live with peace in your mind, and in your body, in your heart trust, in your body's innate capacity to heal and to literally have joy at the forefront of everything
  • Stress is impacting your other hormones in a negative way
  • You can use these tools in an actual life-changing way that can shift your experience at a deep level

Action step:

Take these five steps to rewire your brain and get out of the stress and fear cycle.

“You didn't know what you didn't know, but now you do, and you have an opportunity to change and take radical responsibility and ownership for your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. I hope it's clear from this episode that you absolutely can reprogram your beliefs. By doing so you can powerfully change your experience navigating life after breast cancer and completely get you out of the fear cycle.”

“So before I move on and get into the framework, I really just want you to take a deep breath and just say, let it go. Like, we all have limiting beliefs, myself included. It's totally okay. Remember, like it's not a bad thing. They're just things. And. We all have these beliefs, but all they are just subconscious programming, running in the background that was formed at a young age. That's all it is. We don't have to make it mean anything else about us.”

Thanks so much for listening!
