I'm already in the holiday spirit I'm sure you love the holidays too. It's such a fun time of the year, but there's also a lot of treats this time of year. In the years pre COVID there are also a lot of holiday parties that you went to. There was also a lot of temptation everywhere and I am all about living life, being present, and enjoying all of the things that this beautiful life offers especially with food.  So today I am sharing my tips you can apply to still enjoy your favourite holiday treats… but also keeping your holistic prevention plan in mind.
