“Bringing systemic inflammation down is key and the easiest way to do that is through food. It doesn't matter how many supplements you take. If you're not changing your nutrition and putting in the right anti-inflammatory foods in your body. You'll never have that impact of bringing inflammation down with supplements alone because it's just not how it works.”
