What if we could feel good, live effortlessly, and live a life where we be, do, and have!  Today I am sitting down with Sophie one of the first students in BCT who joined the very first round in October 2019. We are going to talk about how sustainable this life can be and how we can set goals and intentions going into next year!  Join Breast Cancer Thriver the first round starts January 2021!

Sophie said:

“The fear of recurrence was so intense that I didn't want to go this past life. And so option B was okay. I'm going to just be very careful, listen to myself, slow down the way I want it to. I was feeling that I was stopping living while the entire society, the entire family was still ongoing.  I felt so behind, I felt so incapable, and I felt excluded from society. I needed to do something.”


“I don't want to have this insane level of anxiety and fear. I don't want to make decisions out of fear. So I just continued this program thinking of next year, more long-term and, and every week that I was waiting for those calls and this work, and I was just like learning so much. The way you explained what made it, so easy.”
