Going down the mental spiral of anxiety isn’t helping us in any way, shape, or form. You try to push away this spiral every single time it comes back but you end just feeling more anxious.  I know this has come up alot for people in my own community and I am confident everyone listening has experienced this too. This episode is going to focus specifically on how to get out of that loop where you start to question why you got cancer.

“It's just when an anxious feeling comes up, it's just, you can process and you release it. There's like nothing beyond that, like that 15 minute car ride where I talk to myself, like it was a done deal and I was completely fine after it's just, it doesn't trigger an emotional spiral. It doesn't build up.”


“It took a lot of personal growth, a lot of investments in coaches and learning to cultivate a whole heck of a lot of self-love as I let go of a ton of pain. But I was able to see my diagnosis as a message to take responsibility for my actions and my inactions and take responsibility for my health and my life going forward.”
