Despite his lousy experience in education he always felt the pull to teach and educate. After teaching and being a principal for over a decade he started a podcast which now has over 350 episodes ,is a speaker, wrote a book and works with educators from all over to achieve his dream to positively impact the lives of 100 million kids.
