22 - How the end of our relationship set us free; communication and pain
Nov 03, 2020 Season 1 Episode 22

Full blessing by Jordan to speak about this on my podcast.

Relationships take work.

Our relationship was beautiful and tumultuous.

We love each other so much and our connection runs deep. But, we realised that our relationship was dysfunctional more times than not. We have so much more LIFE and LOVE to lead and we are open to life and we know that we are loved, we are supported and the way we are as humans - we are invested in creating the life we both want.

Communication builds trust and connection.

Pain is a motivator and it's that fire in your tummy that is telling you to change.

It's okay to want more for yourself.

If anyone judges you - they are the problem. Not you.

I hope this brings light to a conversation we don't really hear a lot about or see.
