Hello friends, how are we all doing today? Our names are Anna and Ryan, and we'll be serving you today... serving you the TEA, that is! This is "No Reservations," a podcast devoted to shedding light onto the server experience. But we're not here to trash talk bars! Just people. You'll hear some of our stories about what it's like to work as a bartender in NYC, while we chug signature cocktails and try to make each other laugh. Welcome back to another episode of No Reservations: a podcast that is apparently all about exposing nationwide restaurant chains! We stuck with the fishy theme this week as we interviewed Dan, a former bartender at the chain fondly known to us as the "Cheddar Bay Bonanza." So make yourself a delicious Trinidad Sour as Dan tells us all about his wacky times at the "Crimson Crustacean," where bartenders had to make salads as well as drinks. I just have one question: why does every bar guest at "Les MiserLobster" drink white wine?
