Welcome back to another episode of No Reservations: a podcast that is apparently all about exposing nationwide restaurant chains! We stuck with the fishy theme this week as we interviewed Dan, a former bartender at the chain fondly known to us as the "Cheddar Bay Bonanza." So make yourself a delicious Trinidad Sour as Dan tells us all about his wacky times at the "Crimson Crustacean," where bartenders had to make salads as well as drinks.  I just have one question: why does every bar guest at "Les MiserLobster" drink white wine?
