RAINS stands for Ritual Abuse Information Network and Support. It was meticulously compiled in the early 2000s by leading psychiatrist Dr. Joan Coleman, who noticed striking patterns in her patients' testimonies. Severe trauma survivors — often diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) — independently named the same high-profile abusers, the same stately homes and venues, the same vehicles, and the same ritualistic techniques, even when they had no contact with each other. Dr. Coleman only added names when corroborated by multiple unrelated sources.

The list focuses primarily on the south coast of England during the New Labour era but points to a much wider phenomenon among elites across the UK and beyond. The speaker notes that simply mentioning the REIGNS List often triggers coordinated ridicule, threats, and pushback — including from former intelligence colleagues — yet persists because “Christ has already defeated the devil and all his lies.”

The RINS list is increasingly talked about by those who are becoming aware of the extent of satanic ritual abuse of children, handicapped adults, and animals by men and women in positions of power. Reigns is an acronym. It stands for Ritual Abuse Information Network and Support. Leading psychiatrist Dr. Joan Coleman compiled it carefully in the early 2000s when she noticed how many of her severe cases in therapy would name the same names, the same stately homes and other venues, the same vehicles, and the same techniques while recalling their abuse. Only when two or more patients who did not know of each other reported the same details to Dr. Coleman would she name them on the list. Consequently, the focus of the Reigns list is on the south coast of England and on the period of the new Labour government. But it is very apparent that satanic ritual abuse is just as prevalent in the elite of other parts of the British Isles and the world, and that it has only grown in scope in the decade since Dr. Coleman's list came out. Anyone who so much as mentions the Reigns list risks becoming the target of coordinated Satanist ridicule and threat, including by a few of my old colleagues from the intelligence services, it would seem. Fortunately, we don't care much for that. Christ has already defeated the devil and all his lies. A crucial development came in 2016 to 2017, when Mike Veal, who was then Chief Constable of Wiltshire Police, took seriously an invitation by the late Robert Greene to look at the Reigns list evidentially, particularly its multiple corroborations from unassociated sources that the late Prime Minister, Sir Edward Heath, had abused children in a very particular and unusual way. Chief Constable Veal subsequently published in a report his findings that there were even more independent corroborations of that detail than Dr. Coleman's Reigns list had even mentioned. Mike Veal paid dearly for that public service. To find out more about the significance of the Reigns list and of the people named in it, you can follow the work of the veteran campaigners Wilfred Wong and Belinda Mackenzie, the abuse survivor Bill Maloney and his Pie and Mash films, and the Metropolitan Police Whistleblower, former Detective Constable John Wedger, that's John with no H. May God honour the precious memory of Dr. Joan Coleman and Robert Green. Here now is the complete reigns list, as enriched by updates and comments made in 2018 by the Scottish campaigner Wildcat. People. Dr. Coleman begins. I will write these in the order in which they were given to me. The following 20 or so were given by HG, that's informant Helen G, or her altars. An altar is another personality in somebody suffering from dissociative identity disorder, otherwise known as multiple personality disorder. Most of these names have since been confirmed by those we speak of as PALs, that is a source or sources, incarcerated in Lee Park in Havent, in Hampshire. PALs have provided many more names in addition. For the first few years that I knew Helen G, these were the only names that she mentioned, and appeared to be her main controllers and abusers. Gradually, over the years, she started to talk of others. But at that time there were still so many cult loyal alters in her who tried to prevent these disclosures. Joseph Stein, also known as Martin, to Brookmeadway Langstone, haven't. He was described as Helen G's keeper, and he formerly had considerable power over her. Many of Helen's alters were hypnotized to believe that they were in love with him and that he loved her, even though he abused her. Most of her alters are wise to him now. Sue is still vulnerable. Stein is still very much involved with trying to get at Helen G. He can appear very charming, but in reality is extremely sadistic. Julie Stein was married to Joseph or Martin. She used to text me, that's Dr. Jones Coleman, frequently, and sometimes left answer phone messages on the Reigns phone. I once lifted the phone in the middle, and she immediately rang off. I'm told that in 2006 she found out that Martin or Joseph had taken up with another woman, and she threatened to expose the group and him. I understand that she was disposed of, no details. Certainly I have heard nothing from her for a long time. Martin or Joseph apparently had a cult marriage to the new woman in London on the seventeenth of november 2006. Matthew Stein, son of Martin and Julie. Current address given as 15 Stanford Avenue, Hailing Island, Hampshire. I do not know if this is current. Telephone number given. I have several addresses and phone numbers for him, all in Southampton. Two University Roads, Southampton, two phone numbers given. He has had a below the knee amputation of one leg. He uses some sort of prosthesis. I have not heard anything of him for about five years. He could be dead. Les Saunders, who died a few years ago, owned the Queen's Head Pub, thirty two High Street, Lodgers Hall, Andover, Hampshire. Helen, the informant, lived in a caravan on the grounds when she was sixteen, and was reintroduced into the cult by Les Saunders, who had been in children's homes after his mother died. All ceremonies take place at night when the gates are locked. Lord Montague then died in 2016, leaving 21 million pounds. Mike Hancock, a member of Parliament for Portsmouth at the time, of the Liberal Democrat Party. No details about him regarding cult involvement, not mentioned by PAL's source. Sir Max Hastings, editor and journalist, again not mentioned by Powell's source. The seventeenth Duke of Norfolk. Arundel Castle, West Sussex, born nineteen fifteen. Arrundon Castle and the Duke of Norfolk were mentioned by the first and third Satanist ritual abuse survivors that Dr. John Coleman worked with, namely Barbara S. and Veronica H. Sadly, both are now dead. The Duke of Norfolk's second daughter is now Lady Carina Frost. She married David Frost in 1983. Sir David Frost mentioned as attending some ceremonies, not simply that he married into the Norfolk family. David Frost died in August 2013. In July 2015, Frost's son Miles, aged 31, died while jogging.

Katrina Prescott, 57 Wolverston Drive, Brighton, BN17FB. Darren Jackson, junkie, killed by the group. No details. Virginia Bottomley, Her Majesty's Secretary of State for Health in the early 1990s. She authorized Jean Lafontaine's research into organized and ritual abuse. And when the report came out, she announced on BBC Radio 4 that she was, quote, delighted that the myth of ritual abuse had been exploded. Virginia Bottomley was mentioned frequently by Veronica Hook in considerable detail. Her address is given in Who's Who as the House of Commons, but Dr. Coleman believes she has a house in Godalming, and she also has property on the Isle of Wight. Dr. Robert Wells, police surgeon, Winchester and Southampton. He was convicted in June 2004 of raping and sexually assaulting young girls, a detail subsequent to the publication of the list by Dr. Coleman. Winchester Crown Court sentenced him to 10 to 15 years in jail. Sir Edward Heath, or Ted Heath, former Prime Minister, homosexual, but not exclusively so where children are concerned, has been mentioned by at least three Satanist ritual abuse survivors, none of whom know each other. Several have described long fingernails. I am told that he wore false claws added to his nails, with which he clawed his child victims. Died in 2005. The cult held their own funeral for him on the 31st of July to the 1st of August 2005. Update. October 2017, seven cases sifted from 1,580 lines of inquiry. Lord Robert Edwin McAlpine was mentioned by victim B.S. in the late 1980s, was the father of Alistair McAlpine, about whom many allegations of child sexual abuse were made both before and after his death. Alvin Stardust, 1970s pop singer, mentioned by victim B.S. in 1986, but she always felt that he was more into homosexual paedophilia than into cult stuff.

Bill Thompson, lecturer in criminology, Reading University, on the advisory board of the British False Memory Society, and has been an expert witness for the defense in many cases of child sexual abuse. Update in 2002, police raided his home and the university and seized a computer and files. They found many images of child pornography on his computer. He claimed they were there because of his court work. He was suspended from his employment and later reinstated question mark. Private I was hot in his defense. He was written many skeptical and scathing articles about satanic ritual abuse and also broadcasts. He was mentioned as a definite cult member by victims B.S. and Veronica H, as well as source PALS. In 1994, Dr. Joan Coleman had a confrontation with him on the BBC Radio 4 live news program The World at One, just after Jean Lafontaine's report came out. Michael Portillo, journalist, broadcaster, and former front bench member of Parliament and Cabinet Minister in the Conservative Party, read Matthews. He was very high up in the cult, being a commander. In 2004, he had some dispute and decided to give evidence to the police. He was forced to attend a cult so-called trial and was found guilty and killed by them on Halloween 2004.

Joan Coleman says, I have had a number of encounters with Dr. Tony Baker. Back in 1989, when I was working with victim B.S, my first satanic rich abuse survivor, Guildford Criminal Investigations Department called him in for a second opinion. His conclusion was that I had invented the entire story and had suggested it all to the victim, causing her to believe all the elaborate details she had given us. This finished the police investigation on that case. He later caused a considerable damage to a family, which resulted in both the children being taken away from the entirely innocent mother. Cormac Murphy O'Connor was responsible for moving several Roman Catholic priests to other dioceses when there were allegations of child abuse, i.e. in Sussex, including one whom he transferred to Heathrow Airport, who was later convicted and imprisoned.

Terry Grange, chief constable of David Powys Police in South Wales. On the fringe, helps groups. In January 2005, Dr. Joan Coleman was asked by Lee Moore to write to him in his capacity as holder of the Violent Crimes Portfolio at the Association of Chief Police Officers, ACBO, which has since changed name, in support of her request for a national police unit to be set up to deal with the issue of ritual crime and abuse. She received a scathing reply from Grange, of which Dr. Joan Coleman was sent a copy, stating that there is no evidence past or present that satanic ritual abuse is a reality. Grange referred to Jean Lafontaine's research and maintained that there were myths in the early 90s, resulting in children being taken into care. But as soon as the allegations were dismissed, the children were returned home. Grange himself has now been discredited. On May 6, 2008, the Independent Police Complaints Commission for England and Wales upheld four allegations made by his former mistress regarding the misuse of police funds and computer. He subsequently requested retirement, which the police authority accepted. He died of cancer in May 2012.
