Mona is the Board Chair of Women Moving Millions, a community of women who fund big and bold ($1 million+) to create a gender equal world, as well as Board Chair of the ERA Coalition Fund for Women’s Equality. With only 1.6% of philanthropy making its way to women and girls, we're tackling this issue, discussing how to break cycles and why investing in women has a massive return.
