Turn your pain into potential

Pain hits us all and we don't expect nor understand at times why this happens.

It's one of those life experiences that we for the most part hope just goes away or that we learn to cope with it. Its numbs us and effect us all in different ways but what we need to understand is that through the pain we can gain potential.
There are opportunities to gain from these experiences are huge and the quicker we are at developing the ability to see pain and express pain for a positive, we will see that we can overcome so much more.

Do you realize that you have overcome so many things in life? You have had seasons or minor to major set backs brought on my pain BUT have you not overcome or learned how to manager those experiences in a way that has potentially benefitted you in the long run?

Hey, it's your girl, Selina Davis host of Butt-naked wisdom coming to you with another episode. And today I want to do something slightly different. Something that has touched my heart and I just want to share this with you. It's about turning our pain into potential and taking what we have gone through in our most painful moments and seeing the opportunities for it. So turn your pain into potential. Look at the pain as an opportunity to get stronger. Pain hits us all. pain will break you down, pain will cripple you. pain will take you to the lowest low pain will meet you in a dark and lonely place. pain will linger. pain will have you give up. But God, I want to tell you that in my lowest place of pain, when I had no one to help me, were my eyes poached, so read that you would think I had an eye infection. When my pain hurt so badly that I didn't want nor did I want my kids to see me in this pace. My bank blanket was my best friend. My cries were a nightly engagement. My soul was her in. But God, the days never stopped the demands of life never deceased. My desires of my heart didn't fade away. The plan God had for me remained the ability to smile, even though I was in pain. The yearning for more was constantly the one for change continued. But God What can I say is that we all are humans, why can say is that we know we deserve more. What I can say is that we must never give up. What I can say is that the morning for me mornings and the nights remain nights. Why I can say is that it is not by my strength. What I can say is to be still but God, pain is real. And pain is isolation. If you didn't or don't know, or have anyone to reach out to or who you feel you can trust, you must find a vehicle to express yourself. For me, it was always focusing on what I wanted from my life, understanding that I had no power to change other people understanding that I needed to remove my expectations on what I thought other people should do. I had to realize that I needed to love myself, I had to come to the understanding that change first starts with me, I had to understand that my journey in this is just that mine. And I should never give anyone the power to change who I am. And now this isn't easy. This is something that you have to dig deep within your soul to see, you have to know that life is more, you have to know that our circumstances are just that it's for this moment. And for this moment only. And this too shall pass. It may be painful, you may not feel as if you want the next day to even come. And I'm sorry that pain is real. But I'm also thankful and know that you have passed through more than you have even thought you had the strength to even pass through. You have overcome so much in your life. And you need to see where you have come from, to be able to understand that this is just a moment in your life. And that you have the strength with in you deep inside of you to get over and to grow from the incidents that is happening to you or the circumstances of life right now. Things may be hitting you from left, right and center. It could be finances, it could be relationship, it could be friendship, it could be health, it could be whatever it may be. But I want you to know that you are an overcomer You are a champion in your own life. And if no one has ever told you this, I'm telling you this right now, you are a champion. You deserve your heart's desires. You deserve to see life in a different way. You deserve to experience life in a way that only you know you want to experience it. And I want to tell you, your heart is loved. God loves you and He loves you before the foundation of this earth. He predestined you and knew you before you even knew yourself. So I just want to encourage you to say don't give up. Keep going forward. But you must see yourself on the other side. This too shall pass and you will be an overcomer god bless you and let's continue to be the best version of who we are and who I know you want to be. God bless you and speak to you soon.
