Have you ever asked yourself this question "What will make me happy? You may say 'yeah of course' or you maybe wondering why have I NOT asked myself this question before.

Well don't worry now is a great time to take a moment and really be honest with yourself and analysis what are the things that will make you happy.  This will of course lead you to look at areas that you may not be so happy in but ultimately what you want to end up with is a plan of action to help you towards making changes down happy lane.

Hey, It;s your girl, Selina Davis host or Butt-Naked wisdom coming to you with another episode. And this episode is a continuation on our series that we have been dealing with. And today I really want us to look at and answer this question actually, what will make you happy? I want to ask you that question again. What will make you happy? Now, you may have asked yourself this question before you may have never even considered, am I actually happy? So what does that mean for you? in your life right now, just in a moment of reflection, ox yourself this very question. And I want you to actually write down what that answer is. Are you happy? It could be a simple Yes. It could be a simple No, it could be a complicated answer. It could be a facet of things you may not even know to answer that question. But really be honest with yourself. Are you happy with your life? Are you happy with your current situation? Are you happy with your progression be in your career as an at work? Be it within your employment be within your family? whatever that may be for you? Are you happy in this current situation that you're in right now? And if your answer for any reason is a no, I really want you to dissect what that no is, what does no mean to you is it you wake up not happy, you feel quite burdened about various different things within your life, you are not happy potentially in your relationships, you may not be happy at work, you may not be happy with the progress of your business, really break down what you're not happy about. And then within those subject areas, what is it about those areas that you're not happy about. So again, is going a lot more, you know, granular, go more deeper into the situation so that you can actually start looking at making some changes. And this is really, I believe is a year that we are just really effectively making changes that we are being very intentional about our lives and about taking stock and really make it effective decisions that create a much better environment for ourselves. So I would say to you is really look at your you know, mindset look at what is making you unhappy? Is it people that you have around you have you got negativeness around you? Are you yourself speaking negative thoughts or self talk to yourself? Are you constantly putting yourself down? Are you having other people put you down? Are you disappointed with the way that your workplace is treating you is your employment? Not where you wish to be and you wish to be somewhat different? What is it that you can do to change potentially your career? Is it a course that you can take? Is it just having a discussion with your boss? Is it a finances now looking at your finances means looking at your budget? Looking at what you are spending looking at what is going out? What can you change about those factors, there are so many different things that we can be very effective with. But we have to be intentional. And firstly, we have to identify what those issues are. And if we can identify what those issues are really dissect what it is about that situation or circumstance that we're not happy with, we can then make the right steps and goals towards changing it. So I definitely believe we can be happy, I definitely believe we deserve to be happy. I definitely believe it's a time now that we have to be very intentional about our lives. So I believe that, you know, happiness shouldn't be dependent on anybody, we shouldn't put our reliance on somebody else to make us happy. We've all made that mistake, I've made that mistake in my life. No one can make you more happier than yourself. And you need to make that decision. And you need to identify that within yourself. Are you relying on a spouse, a partner or a friend, you know, your workplace, your business to really or your children to make you feel happy. And if you are then those things are going to be conditional because things will come up and you know, happiness will be taken away because that, that brokenness within that relationship or situation. But if you can learn to be happy within yourself, be happy with who you are, those factors won't change that state that you're in. So be very intentional. Be very conscious about that. and identify that within yourself and just be honest with who you are. So, again, I'm going to ask you this question, what will make you happy, and in your life right now, if there are areas that you are not happy with, really look at those areas, and make steps towards coming out of that or make steps towards changing how those situations affects you, and how you can become happy internally so that you can also become happy more outwardly as well. So I hope that this has helped you. I hope that this has touched a point in your life where You can say, yeah, you know what? I am not happy. And I've never really asked myself this question. So, you know, I hope that this has helped you in some way. So God bless you, let's continue to be better versions of who we are so we can grow and learn and just be intentional about having a great life ahead of us.
