  • Think about a way you may be overcomplicating your health.  How can you change that?  Victoria advised us to make it simple, and in her example, that included roasting vegetables by laying out a piece of foil on a baking sheet, chopping up whatever veggies she can find, adding some salt & pepper, and baking at 400 until they start smelling amazing.  So simple!  What's a simple step you can take to include more veggies?
