Welcome back to the podcast. Today I have a very interesting episode for you. You are actually going to be hearing ME in the coaching seat via a past IG live, with Beth McCord wearing the Enneagram Coaching hat. How fun! But also kinda wild as I shared some things I’ve never shared publicly before.
We can learn a lot when people are vulnerable, though it exposes the big lie of it only being us who struggles in life. When we hear others share about their hard stuff, we realize it’s part of the shared human experience, and it’s not just us who doesn't have a perfectly smooth life!
If you don’t know Beth, she is the founder of Your Enneagram Coach and an Enneagram speaker, coach, and teacher for more than fifteen years. I am actually trained as a Coach through the YEC certifications.
Beth and her husband, Jeff, have a new book out called, “More Than Your Number,” which really dives into what the EIP is, which stands for Enneagram Internal Profile. We all have an E I P, and knowing it makes the Enneagram easier to understand and accessible for you to use. Beth's book is found here!
