SPEAKER_01I'm great. I'm great. I am uh I've been hitting some bets recently, so I'm building up a nice little pocket of change here to bet on the uh NFL when it starts rolling around. But yeah, I'm doing great. Yeah, I'm happy to hear.
SPEAKER_00We actually called uh today while Will was at work, helped me get a free phone and uh save my family money on our uh on our plan. SPEAKER_00But uh yeah, so this is our uh first gambling show back. I'm really excited for today. We're gonna talk about some awards, uh conference futures, Super Bowl futures, that kind of thing. We got some news uh to start the show off. And then uh tomorrow, I believe we're coming back. We're gonna talk divisions, player props to make playoffs, to not make playoffs. So uh just getting a lot of that gambling out of the way. And then I believe next week we're gonna be doing our over-unders. Maybe we'll get a guest on there if we can find somebody to do the podcast with us. And then after that, I think it's the season or it's right around the corner. I can't believe how fast it's sneaking up on us. But I hope everybody's out there being like me, throwing on the preseason, uh, on in the background while you do other stuff. SPEAKER_01Um, I might have to uh turn this thing off and seek some guidance because uh I've been I've been betting on the preseason. I have been I've been hitting on the preseason goal. This is bad. Unders. Unders. You just go out there, you bet unders, I disavoured teams that are for sure not going to be playing their starters, like the Ravens. I'm making a lot of money right now. It's starting to build that that nest egg for the NFL season that I was talking about. And go bet some unders. I I hate to say it out there, but it's hitting at a phenomenal rate right now, and it's easy money.
SPEAKER_00I I'm terrified for you, Will, but uh I I will support you if you're making money. Anyone else out there? Uh let's let's have a poll. Should Will quit the podcast and and seek seek some sort of religious guidance. I'm not very religious myself, but uh it does feel stale in the podcast, then seek the guidance. Yeah, maybe maybe that won't work in weeks two and three as some of the starters go out there, maybe score some points. But I I do see why that would work. I I think the fear I would have is betting unders is never fun, you know, unless we're like week eight and it's brown steelers in the in the uh what do they call it when it's not snow and it's not we learned that term a couple years ago in the podcast during a Brown Steelers game. It's like a combination of snow and mud and sleet and uh let's uh I got nothing coming to mind. So all I'm thinking is shit, shit games. Yeah, but uh uh that and also people were playing for their jobs and their future and great film, so you might get some you know surprise support uh performances uh down the stretch. What am I even Googling? Weather, bad conditions, mix of sleet and snow and hail called what? All right, let's see if it's like grapple or something, right? Grapple. I nailed it. It's called groppel. Soft, opaque snow pellets formed when super cool, cooled water freezes onto snowflakes. Grapple. That sounds like Cleveland uh winter weather to me. Uh, but yeah, let's dive into some of this news going around. I think one of the more interesting news stories, honestly, it hasn't officially happened yet, but it it I mean, the headline here says plans to happen, and it seems like there's mutual interest. Terrion Arnold, former Lions cornerback, uh, I believe first round pick out of Alabama, might have not been that high, but you know, a good player with the Lions plans to sign with the Seahawks amid legal issues. I I think that headline's doing a lot of work because uh legal issues makes it sound like, you know, he got a DUI, you know. Full slap on the wrist. No, he pissed a whipped a guy. I mean, he pissed a whipped and kidnapped a man, allegedly, I guess. Seems like he admitted to it, so I don't know if I have to say allegedly there. But he's gonna get a suspension. But I think to kind of hook in this other story to it, James Pierce, the Falcons' defensive end, first round pick, got an eight-game suspension, which I know is like you lose a decent chunk of change, you miss eight games, but doesn't seem nearly enough for everything he did. And I think we've gotten to the point where the NFL, the pendulum might have swung back the other way, like since the Ray Rice thing, since there's been some bigger stuff happening around the NFL, where like, first off, these rich guys never go to jail. They always get great lawyers. Terrion Arnold seems unlikely. It seems like you have to do something like Henry Ruggs did and like, you know, murder a woman with a missile for something bad to happen. I don't mean to make light of that situation. Obviously, horrible what Henry Ruggs did. Deserve to go to jail. I I'm even as a Raiders fan. I do hate when people are like, oh, as a Steelers fan, I hope Lamar Jackson's okay. Like as a Raiders fan, I'm sorry for that woman's family. It's shitty, but rich people don't go to jail, Will. And we live in hell. That's my take on this. And it's crazy that he's gonna apply. I mean, I'm I'm not like a stickler for the law. I'm not uh a guy who like supports the cops or whatever. But like you kidnapped a man. I don't think you should be able to go back to your job. And the defending Super Bowl champions getting a pretty decent quality cornerback out of all this. It just I we live in upside down, upside down land. And I I want your thoughts on it. I don't mean to make it more political there has to be, but it's this is insane to me. I I'm maybe I'm just getting older and I'm just old man yells at sky with this, but like this is insane.
SPEAKER_01He's not the best corner in the world. Um, he's a bit handsy on the field. Gets a bit handsy in Tampa, too. He got himself into some trouble. I think he probably needs more than a four-game suspension. I I think I don't I think there's gonna be way more news that comes out about this story. I think we're gonna get a lot more uh information on what exactly happened, as well as probably him gonna serve some time. Um I think they're just signing him just in case, because the Lions dropped him, but But if Pierce didn't get time. And uh, as I said in a previous podcast, Pierce went around and terrorized the villagers. He went on a little GTA run. No, he ran from the cops on the ground.
SPEAKER_00He roughed up his girlfriend, didn't he?
SPEAKER_01And like held a gun on her or whatever. Stalking. He was stalking her.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_01Well, he said she saw Lamborghini a few cars back that followed him all night around.
SPEAKER_00Cops notoriously bad at dealing with stalking, by the way. Stalking is like basically not a crime unless you like commit a heinous act. I've had to deal with that with uh an ex in the past, with her ex stalking her. And what I found uh what I found is that the cops will do absolutely nothing about that. But kidnapping's like a real crime. I I'd honestly at this point with James Pierce getting off. It's it's funny to me at the NFL, like as much as times have changed and the sport has changed, like the offseason is still just full of guys committing heinous crimes.
SPEAKER_01I think the line needs to be drawn soon because we're gonna be see some more shit. And uh yeah, no, we have to there has to just be a line. I don't know where the line is. I don't know where either of these two guys are gonna fall, but it they NFL has to draw a line soon because you're right, it is like a pendulum and it's swinging back the other way and it's swinging back hard.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. And maybe that's just the state of the world. I mean, uh honestly, like with this, with this government and like all the crime we see out in the open all the time that isn't punished. Like I just I think it's it's a really bad precedent of like any job. Imagine you know, you work at Verizon, we just brought it up. I'll just start with that. Like you found out a guy that you work with, kidnapped somebody and pistol whipped them and and blah, blah. Like, I feel like you'd be pretty uncomfortable with them at the workplace. Look at Deshaun Watson. There was no legal stuff with that, but still, like I just think it's all messy and sometimes it takes away from the sport we love. And that's kind of where I've gotten with yeah, I would love if Terry on Arnold played in the league. Same thing with James Pierce, but I would also love if they didn't commit heinous acts of violence and crimes as well.
SPEAKER_01I'm okay with them not playing. Like there's a lot of guys that don't get chances that is them and that do all the right things. Yeah. You know, don't deserve to be playing.
SPEAKER_00100%. That is such a good point, Will, and I'm glad you're with me on that. I I don't mean to sound like an old fuddy duddy, but like I and I think uh looking back like 10 years ago, I might not have had this opinion when I was younger and be like, eh, let him play. But yeah, Deshaun Watson shouldn't be in the league. Like there's oh the Browns quarterback battle. It's like this shouldn't even exist.
SPEAKER_01I used to think that some some guys, like certain guys' talent or just pure love for them would outweigh some of the bad stuff. But yeah, as I've gotten older and and seen some of the fucking shit that these guys are pulling, and they think they're gonna get away with it too. Like they think that they're just all good because 100% of where they are in life, and yeah, no, it's not okay to do that. It's it's not okay to to do any of this shit.
SPEAKER_00No, and that's why stuff like the Deshaun Watson stuff happens. Because they feel like they're all powerful, they feel like they can get away with whatever they want, and so whatever thing is in their head that that is they want to do act on that is that is bad for society, they just get to. And like I I mean, we'll get into the rest of this stuff, but uh I do think it's important to talk about where it's like we just want to sit there and enjoy watching the sport we love, and we don't want to have to wrestle with the fact that some of these guys are like really bad people, and by, oh, I want to bet on the Seahawks because I love Sam Darnold and the Seahawks won the Super Bowl and we believe in them like we both made money on the Super Bowl, right? Betting on them. It feels a little bit different when they hire somebody that has committed a horrible crime. You know, I probably won't be betting on the Falcons a lot this year, but it's I it's we're just trying to enjoy ourselves and it does feel like you know that this is just going down a bad path. And I'd like for somebody to step up and and do something about it. And I think there's an argument for don't you want the best product on the field? But and it's like, yeah, but we see this in all uh parts of life with like famous people or otherwise that do bad things, and then it's like I don't want to support their work, but it's impossible for me to to not watch the NFL and not have something in there that it goes against, like it's not even like I'm a I'm a strong morals guy. It's just like I don't I don't want people committing heinous crimes. Yeah. Which kidnapping and pistol whipping someone's a heinous crime. I'm sorry. That's damn close to shooting somebody with that gun. Yeah. You know? Like you'd get a you'd get more for gambling or like I think that's the same suspension, actually, eight games for gambling on non-football in the uh team facility. Isn't that what Jameson Wil Williams got? Got like eight games, didn't he? I think you're right. Yeah. I think it was eight games for which was two months of the season. And that's not to me, like that's yes, if you gamble on the sport, gone forever. Brendan Soresby, probably never gonna play again. But if you're gambling on basketball, if you're gambling on like as long as you don't have any inside information on this.
SPEAKER_01Who gives that's not the same as kidnapping and threatening he I mean, I'm sure he threatened to murder this guy. He probably had this guy fucking do all sorts of crazy shit and traumatized him.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. And and he didn't even steal his stuff, right? No like that that was the whole thing. Like he fucked up. And it's like let the cops deal with and yeah, again, like we're not we're not sitting here banging for the cops, but it's just it's kind of ridiculous, right? Like Henry Ruggs, that situation. I remember he was just coming on, it was set his second year, and me and my dad talking about it. It was a very Raiders thing to happen. It's like, of course, but at the same time, it's like, yeah, I don't want him to play on my team. There's talks now where it's like, oh, is he gonna get out of jail? I think his parole got denied. It's like, oh, is he gonna go back to the Raiders? He's only 28. And I'm like, I don't really want him around, like, you know. I I think they're, yes, these people are highly athletic and their bodies are different and their minds are different, and all the work they put in is is to get to this level is insane. But at the same time, like you said there's people that are doing all the right things that aren't getting the opportunities. We're gonna see a uh how many people cut in this preseason right now.
SPEAKER_01And if it's 20 per team, there's 600 people right there.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. And beyond that, it's like there just has to be some con consequences for your actions. And I don't I you know, and that's just kind of where you're gonna be able to do it.
SPEAKER_01You relate it to Henry Ruggs, I even think that's more excusable because that was more of an accident. He didn't plan for that to happen where But he did a woman and her dog. He did. He did. It but her dog. But the dog burned alive in the car.
SPEAKER_00I didn't hear about that. I don't remember that at all. No, that's blocked that out of my memory. No, PETA went fucking nuts about it, but it's yeah, you did block it out of your memory. But I get what you're saying with the accent, but maybe that's why they should punish the people that get the hundred mile DYs, like Jordan Addison or whatever, a little bit h more harshly because going on on GTA run and throwing cops and rights in your ex.
SPEAKER_01Like, no. You're in jail. I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_00But there's a lot of guys that get caught dri Miles Garrett got caught driving 120 miles an hour. Easily could have been in Henry Rugg's shoes. Yeah. It's just unsafe and dangerous to do that, you know. So anyway, let's get off our soapbox. I think I think we said some good things there. Um yeah, what else? Uh Cowboys signed Von Miller. Shocked that at age 37 he's still uh playing. Feels like that, I mean that 2016 Super Bowl was there 2015. I think it was 2016 Super Bowl, 2015 season, but that was 10 years ago.
SPEAKER_01I'm more shocked that I got his ESPN notification because Oh my god. I I I'm I get the bleacher report notifications that alert me to all the the little sign-ins, all that, like the big notable, like I s like when Tunsil was traded to the commanders, that was an ESPN alert. But this one got an ESPN alert, which I was like, okay, all right. There you go, Vaughn. Yeah, you sign in in your 15th season or whatever.
SPEAKER_00No, I mean the he might be able to help him a little bit. I mean, he at this point he plays, you know, only a handful of snaps uh per game, but like he still has some moments, and he's doing it for the love of the game at this point. I'm sure he's got, you know, generational wealth, and you know, he just wants to go out there and win another Super Bowl. I mean, that playoff run he had with Denver, he's a legend of the game for that. He could have walked away after that and been a Hall of Famer. You know, Super Bowl MVP, just incredible, incredibly uh rememberable, memorable, excuse me, moment. Uh, the Cam Newton fumble and all that. So just the way he terrorized. I think it was Michael Orr, right? It was the blind side.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Put a clown suit on uh Michael Orr in that game. But yeah, I guess good for the Cowboys. Uh maybe Vaughn will help out a little bit. Uh Jeremia Love sprained his ankle. We got a bunch of injury news to talk about here. Uh definitely not a great start to his rookie year. And also concerned about the Cardinals being able to unleash him anyway, but this is definitely a little bit of a setback. They have Algier there.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Algier and uh James Connor.
SPEAKER_00Yes, no backups. Definitely don't rush him back, especially if you're gonna be one of these teams. It's just not one of the best teams in the league.
SPEAKER_01But he was I don't know if you saw that. Was it was it Cardinals uh Raiders?

SPEAKER_01Like gangs. Yeah, he uh he was looking like Adrian Peterson out there.
SPEAKER_00I get second and third stringers. Like, yeah. I mean he's a great running guy.
SPEAKER_01There's memes all over this like real football players or real football knowers know who this guy looks like. And those the shortcuts that he's got, that quick movement, he's a big body out there too. Like, I did not expect him to look so big out there.
SPEAKER_00Here's my here's my only I I did see it with like the clips. I I did see the clips going wrong, but here's my thing. I don't think anyone's ever looked like Adrian Peterson, and like real ball knowers that were watching Adrian Peterson in his prime, like that man has one of my favorite NFL plays ever is against the Browns uh when he was with the Vikings. He's running down the sideline. I think he ran someone over or duke someone out, whatever, and this guy, like a safety or cornerback, flies across the field to get him, and he just grabs him with his right arm, you know, balls in the left, and just chucks him out of bounds. And like Adrian Peterson was a real monster. He was talking about people doing bad stuff, but he might have been a real monster also. We won't get into it.
SPEAKER_01I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.
SPEAKER_00No, no, no, no. Beating a kid with a switch. I'm not into that. But uh no, uh who has it? Jeremiah Loves games a little bit more vertical, too. Like he loves to jump over guys, and like he he's definitely I don't want to say better out of the backfield, but he he's really good hands, and uh, I just think the leak was different at that point. They didn't do that. But I I like the comparisons in some ways, but I think uh I like the shortcuts that he has.
SPEAKER_01It's not gonna pay off for him this year, especially with the high ankle sprain. But I think he's gonna be a really good player. But I I just as a dynasty guy, I think he's a I think he's a lock for a great running back for the next five, ten years.
SPEAKER_00And I think it would be interesting to see like who's gonna be better, Genty or Jeremiah Love. Two guys that went super high back to back years to bad teams, and maybe the situations will clear up for one of one or both of them, and then uh we'll get to see like who's actually the better prospect. I hope you know the teams don't fuck it up, especially my Raiders with uh Genty. But I'm just I'm just questioning anybody that says someone looks like Adrian Peterson. I'm gonna need to see a little bit more physicality. Like that man, that man put like 10,000 pounds of pressure into those jump cuts. Like he was just an absolute animal. Go watch Oklahoma Adrian Peterson right now, if you're listening. All right. That's true. Go watch that play against the Browns. You'll find it quickly, I imagine. It was awesome. Me and my dad watching that game together.
SPEAKER_01I like the one living at home, but I like the one against Mills, I think, where he ran over five guys.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01It's like three back to back, and then another quarter comes, he puts him in the dirt, safety comes, done, and he's just gone.
SPEAKER_00He's just uh he he's a different kind of athlete. Um, we got some more news here. Tua was awful in his first start with the Falcons in the preseason, does kind of feel like Penix has got to be the guy there. Uh if if the knee's okay, if he's gonna be healthy, because whatever Tua had that made him confident in college and like he had a horrible hip injury. I think the same injury Bo Jackson had that ended his career uh back in the 80s. But uh speaking of Bo Jackson, did I tell you Brian Bosworth is a regular at uh the place I still bartend at on Saturdays? So I'm Saturdays.
SPEAKER_02That's sick.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I see him every week. Like he came in, I was handed out like to go's and he comes up and I'm like, oh, what's your name? What's your name? I see him, I'm like, I got you, bro. Yeah. Get a picture with him. Post on social media. That's sick. I've never told you the b Brian Bosworth story. One of my favorite ones. I'll I'll start on the podcast. So uh I see the name, right? And he orders, he doesn't look like he used to, right? I'm I'm so I see the name Brian Bosworth, and he comes in and it's just me and him. It's like super late. And I'm like, he he lives uh at in the Austin area, obviously. I'm not gonna dox him and say where he lives at, but anyway, um he comes in and I'm like, anyone ever call you the Boz? And he looks at me, he goes, only when I leave the house. And then grabbed his pizza and left. I was like, no way. I looked up where he lived, and I was like, he that really was Brian Bosworth. But anyway, back to Tua. Uh had no confidence under Brian Flores in um Miami. And then uh Mike McDaniel went there and gave him the offense around him to have the confidence to play like he did. And I just think no one else is going to give him that chance again. And so he'll never have that confidence again. He'll look a lot like he did early in his career when Ryan Fitzpatrick was starting over him. Old Ryan Fitzpatrick.
SPEAKER_01He's very much a system-dependent guy, where he needs the system around him to work perfectly so he can, but he really is just a one or two check down and he can't move anymore like he used to. He's not giving you any of the like he's uh he's an older guy now. He's not giving you any of the stuff that an older guy would, like a Matt Stafford or a uh like Aaron Rodgers.
SPEAKER_00He's got no arm strength.
SPEAKER_01No arm strength, he doesn't have the mental. He is just a one or two check down guy. It's it's a fa it's gonna be a a bad sight in uh Atlanta. And I think Penix is is good enough to start. I think Penix is is gonna win that job and and be cruising with that team before.
SPEAKER_00Also, uh on gambling, if Tua does get any starts, bet the over on uh Bijan catches. The check downs, yeah. I mean, look at under on the Falcons. But true, but look at Achan. Yeah. Like, I mean, he was just a uh chuck down monster with Tua, but uh yeah, on that, it's gotta be Penix. I mean, you want it to be Penix, he's a young guy, and I'm worried about that knee, just how many times it's been surgically repaired. I don't know if he's gonna have a long career. He's already a little bit older uh for a third year player, I believe. Onto good uh quarterback news from the preseason. Ty Simpson, all the shit everyone gave him, he looked pretty good. Diced up the Chiefs. I know it's not the starters, I know the Chiefs' defense has lost a lot of pieces anyway. So doesn't have the depth that it used to, but I mean, that's pretty much what you want. Yeah, preseason doesn't really tell a whole lot, especially the first game, but I mean it's a positive sign.
SPEAKER_01It looked like he actually had sip on his passes, which was one of my biggest knocks on him. He he is teeny tiny, but he had some zip on his passes. He looked like he did earlier in the year with Bama, where he could make the passes. He was I mean, it was a lot of play action and getting people open, but he looked serviceable. He wasn't he wasn't a Matt Stafford, but he might be a mini Jared Goff.
SPEAKER_00See, I'd I disagree with the comp. I honestly tiny guy with like a pretty big arm for his size. I mean, this is obviously they would want him to be this guy, but best case scenario is as I think a poor man's Drew Brees. And if he's Drew Brees, I mean if he's Drew Brees, he's a you know legendary Hall of Fame quarterback, but yeah with the Sean McVeigh.
SPEAKER_01But you have Sean McVeigh.
SPEAKER_00He's a young player.
SPEAKER_01Sean McVeigh can give him that. And he's not the zip on the passes, he's gotta get a little bit more for me to really, really be in love.
SPEAKER_00No, I agree. And and sometimes the quarterbacks, when it's bad at the end, people forget what they're actually like. Like I think Big Ben kind of did that to himself. Drew Brees had no arm at the end. He had the prettiest deep ball I've ever seen in my life. Yeah. I stand by that. Yeah. I mean, there's some guys that, you know, have other different skills, and like early Mahomes was crazy with the deep balls, but like his were more like free-flowing. I'm talking like deep down the sideline, dropping it in a bucket 50, 60 yards. Like, Drew Brees was the goat at that. I think Baker in a lot of ways is like a poor man's Drew Brees. Yeah. I would agree with that. But that's kind of the mold that you'd want Ty Simpson to be in, generally. Um yeah, good for him. Um, kind of kind of what you want, especially in your first game with all the media buzz about how they made a mistake. And um, maybe they have a decent backup too, which would be big if Stafford does get hurt, because I know we're gonna be talking about that when it comes to the futures. Uh, Browns quarterback battle, knock the Bears kicked the donkey dick out of the Browns. That was just on while I was working on Saturday. And I just kept looking up and being like, Jesus Christ, like just the long touchdowns for the Bears. Antoine Randall got to call some plays, called uh two uh two plays with the same formation that led to a uh running back screen, long touchdown. So that was cool to see. He's gonna be looking for offensive coordinator jobs at the end of the year. Um, maybe even head coach jobs, someone like really takes a chance on him. But like that's that's how old we're getting. Will I remember watching Antoine Randall L play? I loved him. Just because of the name alone. But he he was one of those wide receivers that uh always threw passes with the Steelers. So yeah. He had a touchdown pass in the Super Bowl, I think. Yeah. He was a stud. Yeah, he was awesome.
SPEAKER_01Um I hope he gets a chance at an offensive coordinator position.
SPEAKER_00I mean, he will if he's under Ben Johnson. Ben Johnson's gonna be the next Sean McFay, Kyle Shanahan, and like guy just sending guys to get head coaching jobs. Yeah. You know what I mean? So that's kind of the big three at this point. Andy Reid's disciples have like never worked without him. He used to have more, but they would get head coaching jobs even when he was with Philly, and it like never worked out. It's a weird thing to look at. His coaching, look at Eric Bienemy. Yeah, yeah. But it's but there's more of them. You should look into it. It's pretty funny.
SPEAKER_01Then you have to mention like uh what's it what's the Eagles head coach? Siriani. You gotta mention his coaching tree then, because Steichen's been good.
SPEAKER_00Uh yeah, but he's so young in it, like I think it's a little bit different. Andy Reid's been a head coach for like four years. That's fair.
SPEAKER_01McFay, though. McFay's young, and we're already talking about his coaching tree.

Apparently he's wowing in camp and already gonna miss two months. That scares me. I think Buka got turf toe. Yeah. Turf toe. I I know you wanted to bring this up, but a lot of people say turf toe needs to be uh rebranded.
SPEAKER_01It does. It is torn ligaments in the foot. It's horrible. It's the worst thing possible. Turf toe sounds like you you bumped your toe on the on the coffee table.

SPEAKER_01And it hurts for a little bit. No, this turf toe is a very serious, you almost rip the toe out of its socket type thing. Yeah, exactly. And uh yeah, no, it's not good for a Buka who I've been very high on. Nine and three. Yeah, exactly. Anyway, nine and three, didn't make the playoffs. Got blown out by Alabama. The number the the corner, DJ Pickett, who wants to take the number five. I I think that's just something I think with especially with teams like that, like LSU, where number seven's been passed down with like Patrick Peterson and Leonard Fournette, number one.

SPEAKER_01No. They've retired one number total, and it was the very first guy that won the Heisman Forum back in the 60s.

SPEAKER_00I would love to do what the Lions did with their one-two punch, what the Bears are trying to do. Like have one guy be the lead back, Genty, that's fine. But he's a guy who carried the ball 40 times a game in college. He's got a bunch of tread in his tires. Yeah, have him have a slightly less uh touches just to get Mike Washington on the field, a little bit of change of pace. Not that Genty's not fast, but that dude is just a missing. You get a guy with fresh legs, yeah.
SPEAKER_01That's 6'1, runs a 4-3. 230. Yeah. Like he's just an absolute angel. I mean, Genty's the same exact build. That's why it's like it's not really like a crazy one-two punch because they're the same body type, they're the same.

SPEAKER_01It's crazy in the fact that they're the exact same guy, which is a big, beefy, 230-pound running back that can run fit like at top speed, run four three, run four four.
SPEAKER_00And then Mendoza did look really good. But I'm I'm with you. Uh hold on. How many rush yards did the Rangers have as a team in 2025. 1317. It was bad. We had no offensive line. 3.6 a carry. If we can bump that up to like 2,000, I mean, I'd take 2,500. But if we can be a team that just grinds the rock, I think that helps Mendoza out a ton. I think Clint Kubiak wants that. Um, how much do the Seahawks have last year? Because both those guys had really good seasons. They had 2,096. So I think that's exactly the record. I could be wrong on that, actually, too, which is hilarious. Obviously, multiple people did it, but yeah. Kenneth Walker at 1,027, Zach Charbonnet at 730. I think we can get even above that because I think Genty's better than either of those guys. And I think Mike Washington could be as good as either of those guys, maybe.
