Hey, my name is Arthur and I am preparing to grow a business, to whatever level hopefully multi-million, multi-billion dollars with zero dollars and nothing but faith in God and my willingness to not stop. So I'm supposed to have this whole formal thing, but I really don't have it, and I'm not even asking you to do any particular thing. I'm creating this so that, if you're watching this, you can watch my journey, because the thing I wish I would have had is somebody would have shown me, day by day, what they were doing. So I know that I am not going crazy. So if you ever wonder if you're doing enough, if you're not doing enough, if everybody else is doing more than you or you feel like you want to quit or you keep jumping on to the next new and shiny thing, you're not alone, because that's been me.
Speaker 1:I've had this idea since 2011. And for the last five years, I kind of started on it, but I never fully committed to it and, as a result, the business stopped. It had some wonderful moments, but it never really took off to what it was supposed to be. And it's not because the product isn't amazing, it's because I didn't believe enough, didn't have enough discipline. So what I'm doing now is spending the next 80 to 90 days getting the foundation right, fixing all the things that I said I would do, and then from there I'm just going to launch. And so I'll share the journey with you on a day-to-day basis when I had sales, when I made mistakes, when I did something really good, when I had unexpected blessings and just invite you into this world, because, if you're like me, you're trying to build something that's going to be bigger than you, and in this world of high competition, sometimes it feels like your work is in vain, and so it may discourage you from actually, you know, moving forward with it. Well, you're not alone. We all feel this way, but, for whatever reason, the culture around us prevents us from actually being transparent and being sincere. So we think we're the only ones feeling this way, which makes us isolate ourselves even more, which makes us victim and fall prey to all the entrepreneurial porn that's on social media about get rich in 90 days, go to a billion dollars in 90 days.
Speaker 1:Well, none of that's really true. I mean, maybe you get a fluke every now and again, but in reality, the people who become sustainably wealthy are the ones who endure, right. So you and I have to learn how to endure and we can right With one thing faith in God and then use the things that he's given us. He's given us the gifts that we need. He's given us the gift of discipline. Like, discipline is a gift. I didn't know that, but we just have to apply these things. We have to not get weary in doing well doing. We know we're doing a good thing and we know we're using the gifts that God gave us. So we have to trust that in his season, that he's going to allow us to be promoted, and we'll talk about that Now.
Speaker 1:If this kind of stuff doesn't interest you, swipe right, because I'm not trying to gain anything, I'm not trying to sell you anything. I'm just trying to be there for you. If you feel like you're alone and you have something that you know you want to do, so walk with me for these next 85 days or so while I complete the foundation, and then we'll launch. And then, on a day-by-day basis, I'll share with you what I'm doing to launch and if you see something that works, hey, listen, take it and try it. If you can get to your point of success faster than me, and it's a result of me being transparent, then I've done my job, and I will be so elated, right, because I want you to be successful all right Day one, that's it.
